Alexandra Watson


Alexandra Watson is the Chief Marketing Officer at GTMA, a transition after serving as the Director of Digital Marketing over organic services from 2019 through 2020 and as Director of Media Strategy from 2021 until 2023. Prior to her time at GTMA, Alexandra worked as a freelance digital marketing consultant. Before that, she was the Director of Digital Media (both paid and organic) at Launch Agency out of Dallas, Texas. She also has experience teaching social media marketing and digital strategy as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University.

She wrote a book on strategic digital marketing, available on Amazon as an e-book. In addition to her agency time, Alexandra brings years of client-side experience as well in the financial services sector, both in banking & lending institutions and financial nonprofits. She has contributed to a number of different industry organizations, including the Network of Professional Women, the Dallas Fort Worth Interactive Marketing Association, and SEM chapters.

She has a Masters degree in Advertising from SMU and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Azusa Pacific University.

In her spare time, she enjoys board games, movies in her family media room, and painting landscapes.
