Amanda Maclin

Amanda Maclin,  (she/her) is the SVP of Business Development at GTMA.  Amanda joined GTMA with 25+ years of experience in the Multifamily industry. Known for her deep understanding of the industry and her close relationships with clients, she is often the first call that clients make – for strategic marketing initiatives. She truly lives by the motto: “When the client comes first, the client will last.”

Amanda studied Hospitality Management, and immediately dove headfirst into the multifamily industry. She has also earned her CAM, CPM and CAPS designations, as well as her Indiana Real Estate license.  Amanda resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband, Taris and her son, Zeke. She is also the proud mother to Katie, a dietician based in Indiana; and Sydney, who has followed in her multifamily footsteps and is a Training Manager with Rangewater, in Atlanta, GA.

When not working, Amanda is passionate about The University of Alabama & Indianapolis Colts football, travel adventures, throwing an over-the-top themed party, and volunteering locally.
