Virtual Real Estate: GTMA Presents Futriciti™

The future of multifamily lies in virtual reality. And in these times of technological transition, fortune favors not only those who do it first, but those who do it best. With that in mind, GTMA proudly announces its latest partnership, Futriciti™, a virtual reality company born from a collaboration between the top talent in video game development and multifamily marketing.

Futriciti brings prospects to a future community for a tour of the rooftop deck, fitness center, units, lobby and just about anywhere all using a smartphone.

The leasing experience will never be the same.

Futriciti “gamifies” the apartment renter’s journey from browsing to leasing, providing valuable marketing data and lead generation insights along the way.

“There is a decent amount of competition in the VR space right now,” explains Barrie Buckner, GTMA’s Director of Partnerships and one fourth of Futriciti’s quartet of founders. “But Futriciti is unique because we’ve turned the immersive virtual reality experience into a gamified lead generation tool and brought it directly to future residents mobile devices.”

The marriage of VR and multifamily marketing was inevitable. Futriciti enables apartment-seekers to tour their future home from many miles away, or before it’s even been built! What makes Futriciti unique is its engaging, video game-style mechanics that is quite familiar to millennials and anyone else who came of age in the last 30 years.

Users encounter Google Analytics wrapped pins as they explore studios, 1 and 2 bedroom units and building amenities. The pins prompt the user with questions about the view, the apartment layout and it even provides design options for the kitchen and other built-in features. The answers to these questions are stored as data that can be accessed and analyzed via the Futriciti dashboard. It’s data that a client can use to better meet the the needs of their target demographic.

At the end of the virtual tour, users fill out a contact form to aid in lead generation and each time a new unit is launched a push notification reminds the future residents to take another tour. If they have a smartphone compatible with virtual reality headsets, they can also experience the future community in 3D.

The founders of Futriciti bring two successful companies and numerous industries together to redefine virtual reality for real estate. GTMA and Razz Interactive are two premier, award-winning digital agencies that have developed web technology and executed creative campaigns for the largest brands in multifamily, music, entertainment, hospitality and technology. Mineplex is a gaming legend with over 45 mini games and over 10 million players.

With this unique combination of talent and creativity, Futriciti has a bright future.
