TWO-STAGE SLIDE-OUT MENU.

We created a two-stage slide-out menu with plenty of nuances that are not immediately apparent. The design required different presentations at varying screen widths and slightly different strategies to meet the same visual and sizable goals.

Of course, we needed to build the product in a way that allowed the Cascade Fence & Deck team to confidently and effectively manage the tool. We carefully utilized every bit of the native WordPress menu functionality and supplemented it with custom fields where necessary so the client could easily update the menu themselves.

PRODUCTS, TYPES, + STYLES.

Cascade Fence & Deck has many different products and services they wanted to display on their website. In addition to fences and decks, they also build arbors and gates; and they do so with different materials and styles. All of which needed to be represented in a clear but not overwhelming manner.

While we used a modal window to display the styles on desktops, we knew this method would not be a solution for smaller screens. Our web team opted to link through to a display page below a specific breakpoint. To utilize the same content, we used the AJAX tool to load information from the page into the modal window.
