Stratus and Cirrus combined brought over 750 new luxury units to an already over-saturated real estate market in Seattle, Washington. Our challenge at GTMA was to launch a campaign and help these two new high-rise communities stand out in the crowded market.
STRATUS + CIRRUS.
A 43-story lease-up in South Lake Union (home to the Amazon world headquarters), Stratus first opened in January 2018 and hosts 398 units ranging from urban one-bedroom, one-bath to three-bedroom penthouses.
Also located in South Lake Union, the humble 41-story skyscraper Cirrus houses 355 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Both properties targeted diverse demographics, with income and proximity as two major deciding factors.
