It started with the website. Being right on the water with access to boat slips and feet from the ocean, blue was a natural selection, but only in places where we wanted the future resident to look. It’s a custom responsive apartment website design focused on the future renter and the short-term guest, since this Marina del Rey apartment community also offered short-term rentals alongside their apartments. The website work that Razz Interactive (GTMA’s sister company) did was recognized in two different awards. Then, once the award-winning real estate video work and photography was delivered by the GTMA team, it all came together perfectly.

Adwords is still the most prominent way to get your apartment immediate views from the world’s most powerful search engine. Our team utilizes Google’s best practices to create a campaign that utilizes hyperlocal search, display + remarketing, and specialized geotargeting to get the word out about your apartment.
Next up was a comprehensive social media management campaign that included Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. The strategy is to position Waves MDR as the hyper-local apartment expert on all things Marina del Rey and to utilize the micro-content, media content, and the website to tell future residents a compelling story.
Next, GTMA took to the skies and shot this award-winning aerial tour of not only Waves MDR, but of the surrounding beauty of Marina del Rey, California. The piece called “Soaring Above the Waves: an Aerial Tour of Waves MDR” was a winner of the 2015 DV Award.
