WineryHunt is a membership program offering exclusive discounts, complimentary tastings, and curated travel guides for wine enthusiasts in Oregon, Washington, and Sonoma County. GTMA assisted with the launch of each region, creating digital and print collateral that spoke to the visual language of the WineryHunt experience.
Created by our agency partner, Brian Richardson of Vinbound Marketing, WineryHunt is an online membership program for wine lovers in Oregon, Washington, and Sonoma County. Each year, they highlight 40 incredible wineries in twelve different regions throughout the Pacific Northwest, offering wine discounts in one region per month.
Customers can browse wineries by unique categories and submit booking requests directly through the WineryHunt website. The site also features wine tasting routes with specific pockets of wineries that share a similar theme and can be visited in a day or weekend trip. Each route includes a wine tasting itinerary, driving directions, images, and video clips of the featured wineries along the way.

Because WineryHunt is mostly an experiential service, our client felt that it was important to offer premium, high-quality, tactile marketing materials. This would give customers something concrete that they could hold onto or deliver to loved ones as a gift.
To appeal to our target audience of high-class wine connoisseurs, we needed to create a product to speak in the visual language of luxury and immersion travel experiences. Previous versions of the WineryHunt print collateral collection included a simple color-coded map and illustration on a fold-out brochure design. Our challenge was to deliver something elegant and memorable.

These objectives were accomplished through several different mediums, including digital marketing services, video editing, animation, and of course, the print design that was at the heart of the reimagined approach to WineryHunt's products and services.
Our production team also created a series of ads that encompassed the classiness of the WineryHunt experience, while suggesting its potential as a great gift — for family, friends, or yourself.
This project was a unique opportunity for the GTMA creative services team; to step out of the typical digital approach and play in the physical space by creating a book that is meant to be held, rather than just viewed online.
We ultimately helped WineryHunt meet their goal of memberships sold — selling out in both Oregon and Washington with 100 extra made available halfway through the year. All campaigns were successful, but due to historic wildfires and the global pandemic disrupting 2020 production, they had to discontinue the Sonoma region in 2021.
