McKenzie Wells

McKenzie is a video editor and motion graphics artist for GTMA.

He is well versed in many programs in the Adobe Creative Suite. Most of his time is spent deep within Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Illustrator. His work includes animation projects for the Vancouver Church, motion graphics driven Coming Soon videos for different properties, Lifestyle and Home Tour video edits for Acero and Modera properties, and VFX and asset creation for several Lincoln Property Company virtual events.

In 2018 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from Washington State University Vancouver with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Technology and Culture and received a Certificate in Game Studies and Design.

Focusing on the details, McKenzie strives for perfection in all aspects of his work. He loves to tinker, try new methods, and find the most efficient ways to complete projects. Working in the digital world means working in an ever-evolving space, so he is always up to task of learning new programs and visual effects.

Outside of work and the four walls of his office you will find this guy hiking, biking, and snowboarding. Being a Washingtonian, he has adapted to the 366 days of rain brought on by the Pacific Northwest climate. On those cold and particularly gray days he dabbles with music production and plays computer games.
