GTMA Crashes the Multifamily Pro Brainstorming Sessions 2014
That’s right, folks. We bit the bullet, bought our tickets to Puerto Rico, and are crashing this year’s Multifamily Pro Brainstorming Sessions 2014 not only because, hey, it’s in Puerto Rico, but because there are big things to share with the multifamily world about what’s happening online.
Engineering the Experience
When you utilize digital tools to reach your audience and potential residents, you have an obligation to engineer the experience so that the people you’re serving content to can relate to it and will engage with it. To take an idea from hospitality science & customer service expert, Jon Taffer, you have to think of your duties on social networks less like managing a page or account and more like managing the reactions of your audience.
At this year’s Multifamily Pro Brainstorming Sessions 2014, you’ll learn to achieve this goal by learning strategies for building engagement and higher conversions in a multi-touchpoint world, and discovering great tips to optimize targeting high-value visitors efficiently and effectively.
Representing Go To My Apartment is none other than CEO Joshua Swanson, who will be leading three key discussions at this year’s Brainstorming Sessions:
• Advanced targeting on Twitter (who is your audience and what do they care about; ideas to grow your audience; and ideas to grow engagement)
• Advanced targeting on YouTube (traffic sources, organic search terms, and devices)
• Advanced targeting on Instagram (what good content looks like, best time analytics, most engaged followers, and tags)
Here are some great starting points for understanding how the multifamily real estate industry should be looking at Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram.
We look forward to seeing you in Puerto Rico, just don’t forget to stop by and say “hi”. If we’re missing you this year, then here’s where to find us.
