GTMA SELECTS AMANDA MACLIN AS NEW SVP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Maclin Brings 25+ Years of Operations, Sales, and Vendor Partner Relations to SVP Position
VANCOUVER, Washington — GTMA, an award-winning PNW-based multi-family marketing agency, is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Maclin as SVP of Business Development. Maclin is a well-accomplished and seasoned Multifamily Executive. Having worked for powerhouse companies like Apartments.com, LeaseLabs, and G5.
Maclin succeeds the recently seated CEO of GTMA, Barrie Buckner. Buckner said, “Amanda could not be a more perfect fit for our organization. She is passionate about her clients and giving them top-tier quality. Given her level of direct industry experience, I’m excited to see her impact on the company, both internal and externally.”
Amanda studied Hospitality Management, and immediately dove headfirst into multifamily. She has earned her CAM, CPM, and CAPS designations, as well as her Indiana Real Estate license. During her career in multifamily Amanda built teams that have catapulted the companies to top-tier status, some resulting in acquisition and IPO.

Amanda resides in Carmel, Indiana with her husband, Taris, and her son, Zeke (15). She is also the proud mother to Katie, and dietician based in Indiana; and Sydney, who has followed in her footsteps and is a Training Manager with Rangewater, in Atlanta, GA.
