Morgan Dixon

Morgan Dixon is the People Operations Manager at GTMA. Before starting her career at GTMA, Morgan earned her Master’s in Communications from Arizona State University and worked as a Director of Marketing for a local non-profit.

With her love for communication and passion for bringing ideas to life, she makes a strong asset to the team as a leader as well as a client partner. She takes pride in being a resource for newer team members, clients, and the rest of the agency.

In Summer of 2023, Morgan received her PHR and accepted a new role as the People Operations Manager of the company. Her passion for people and love for organization make her a great resource for our agency. She enjoys working with company culture and making an impact on the development of each person she connects with at GTMA.

Outside of work, you can find Morgan at the gym pursuing her love for fitness, reading a self-development book, or attending a concert or music festival. She has two cats she loves to spend time with, Marley and Floyd (named after Bob Marley and Pink Floyd).
