Video and Photography for High-Rise Apartments
We’re back again from 8TH + HOPE High-Rise Apartments and we’re very much excited to show off all the awesome photos that came from our visit. By now, you’ve hopefully already seen our intense aerial video of 8TH + HOPE where we took a drone, flew it up, over and inside the community to give people a distinct look at this ultraluxury community.
In addition to the aerial video, Kevin, Jason, and Pete from our team did some wonderful things in terms of capturing the unique elements and architecture that 8TH + HOPE contains.
Shooting Video and Photography for High-Rise Apartments
Okay, full disclosure: this is not a tutorial. But we’re hoping that our examples can be a visual inspiration for your own photography or if you’ve been thinking about the best way to showcase your high-rise apartment community to potential residents.
Sometimes to get the shots you need, you HAVE to do what it takes. That means going across the street to a neighboring building, standing on a narrow pipe, and holding that camera steady. Luckily, Kevin was up to the task. And it turned out to be quite the beautiful shot.
Next up is working with the drone. That was a task in itself because, on one hand, you want to be able to get the best shot possible. And on the other hand, you don’t want to crash the thing (they’re expensive)! So, for that, we had a trusty operator on board to lend his talents flying the drone, while our Chief Creative, Jason, was there to direct the shot. The end result? A masterpiece.
Jason’s looking a little like Spielberg there with those sunglasses. Am I right? Well, the time has come to showcase the goods.
